Fieldwire came out of a hardware company that shipped a bad update to a fleet it could not reach.
Origin
Four hundred site visits
A firmware release passed every test and failed on a hardware revision that had a different flash part. Without A/B partitions and without a canary stage, four hundred devices needed a physical visit. Everything this product does is an attempt to make that specific week impossible.
